We offer same day shipping of your purchase…Same Day Shipping applies to orders placed before 3pm Central time-(4pm Eastern time) on a business day. If order is placed on a Saturday-Sunday or Holiday, the order will be scheduled to ship the following business day.TRACKING AND SHIPPING INSURANCE IS INCLUDED WITH ALL ORDERS.

We are not responsible for, and are excluded from performing due to events outside of our control, including but not limited to, acts of GOD, weather related delays, power outage, and work stoppage delays.

You are purchasing a one of a kind-hand crafted product. We take the best of care to make sure your order arrives in a safe and timely manner. All orders are final and shipping insurance- tracking is included with your order for your use.

If your order is a gift going directly to the recipient, we can include a personal message from you for no extra charge. If you would like this service please let us know when ordering and we will also leave out the pricing invoice!
We will try to use as much recycled packaging as possible, but we do use bubble wrap as this helps to protect your item.
Refunds and Exchanges

PLEASE LOOK OVER photos and READ LISTING so you will know what you are purchasing…If you have QUESTIONS please ask BEFORE purchasing…
If anything arrives broken or damaged, please contact Us within 24 hours of receiving your item with a photo of the damage. At that time we will gladly repair or replace your item with one of equal value as soon as you return the original item.
We insure with the post office for all packages we send. So if your item is lost or stolen you must contact your local postal services for use of insurance provided with your order.
If for any reasons you are not satisfied by the item you bought from US, please contact Us and we will come to a solution.

• We are only responsible for items being delivered to the address/zip code customers give us.
• We are not responsible for items lost or stolen in the mail delivery.
• We are not responsible for items lost or stolen after delivery
• We are not responsible for items delivered to the wrong address.

Please allow 2 weeks for delivery of all clothing orders.
-DOLL LAYAWAY-
Please contact me about the doll you would like to “RESERVE”.
A non-refundable 50% down payment is due at that time. You can make your down payment through PAYPAL…All orders will show up with my service email as eleganttoolsbysharonart@gmail.com . Once the down payment is received, the balance will be due WITHIN 45 days and can be made in 1 or 2 payments.
The item must be paid in full within 45 days of initial transaction.
If not the doll will be restocked for sale and you will forfeit your deposit as a restocking fee.

Custom wand orders are created with the stones of your choice where possible. Please note that Custom orders will take longer to create because we have to acquire the stones from other countries.
